Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Provisions & Bundles, a procurement company that operates selling products (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “Provisions & Bundles”).

By placing an order with Provisions & Bundles, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Return Policy

You have the right to return any product purchased from Provisions & Bundles within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also include a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an invoice, with your return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@provisionsandbundles.com and provide your order number, the product name and the reason for your return. We will then send you a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance for the value of the product. We are not liable for any loss or damage of the product during transit.

We will inspect the returned product upon receipt and notify you by email whether your return is accepted or rejected. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. If your return is rejected, we will send the product back to you at your expense.

Payment Policy and Terms

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. You must provide us with valid and complete payment information at the time of placing your order. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your payment method and to reject any order that fails to meet our verification criteria.

We will charge your payment method when we confirm your order. If your payment method is declined or insufficient, we will cancel your order and notify you by email.

You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, fees or charges that may apply to your order, according to the laws and regulations of your country or region. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to your failure to pay such taxes, duties, fees or charges.

Warranty

We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, alterations or repairs by unauthorized parties.

 

If you discover a defect in a product purchased from Provisions & Bundles within the warranty period, please contact our customer service at support@provisionsandbundles.com and provide your order number, the product name and a description of the defect. We may ask you to provide photos or videos of the defect as evidence.

We will then determine whether the defect is covered by our warranty and whether it can be repaired or replaced. If the defect is covered by our warranty and can be repaired or replaced, we will send you a warranty authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase insurance for the value of the product. We are not liable for any loss or damage of the product during transit.

We will replace the defective product at our discretion and ship it back to you at our expense within 30 days. If we determine that the defect is not covered by our warranty or cannot be repaired or replaced, we will send the product back to you at your expense.

Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, personal injury or property damage.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for such products or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Provisions & Bundles, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions or your misuse of our products or services.

Price Delivery and Delay

We strive to provide accurate pricing information on our website. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled and refund you the full amount paid.

 

We also strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time displayed on our website. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, strikes, accidents or errors by our carriers. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to such factors.

If your order is delayed by more than 30 days from the estimated delivery time, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service at info@provisionsandbundles.com and provide your order number and the reason for your cancellation.

We will confirm your cancellation by email and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
